Céline Dostaler is born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. She studied at the University of Ottawa, where she completed a bilingual undergraduate degree in Criminology and Psychology. She completed the French Common Law Program in 2009 and was called to the bar in 2010.

Céline has been working exclusively in criminal defence law. She defends all criminal charges, including assault charges, domestic assault, impaired driving, Driving Under Influence (DUI), drug charges, sex offences, child pornography, and fraud.
